Over the past couple of months we’ve listened to Goodwood residents’ concerns and, upon further reflection, we understand how distressing the ending of their private tenancies has been.
We have decided on this occasion not to serve notice until we have worked with each household at Goodwood Apartments to try to find them temporary or permanent alternative accommodation in the area.
We still need to carry out the works to Goodwood Apartments, which will take a year to complete, and we will use this block to temporarily rehouse you and your neighbours while we carry out the works to the whole development over four years.
Goodwood Apartments residents will be able to return to their homes once all the works are complete.
