Works will start on Monday 6 March to 2-31 Parade Gardens. We will be replacing the windows and undertaking internal works such as checking the fire stopping and fire alarms. We will be working in two homes at a time for roughly five weeks, and we anticipate it will take 52 weeks to complete the work in every home.
Unfortunately these works will be reasonably disruptive to the families whose homes we are working in, but we will take significant measures to minimise the disruption by installing protection and temporary dust screens.
We will be suspending parking bays at the front of 2-31 Parade Gardens in groups as the works proceed. This is to make way for the cherry picker machine that will be used to install the new windows. All residents whose bays are affected will be given a temporary parking location on the estate.
