From the beginning of January until April 2023, we will be installing sprinklers outside 96-100 Parade Gardens and Lingfield Apartments. This will have an impact on parking and we are contacting those of you directly affected to give you a temporary parking space in the undercroft. Footpaths may also be inaccessible at times for which we apologise.
We are also continuing to work in and around Goodwood Apartments. This includes using a lorry-mounted crane to remove panels from the outside of the building to enable scaffolding to be erected.
The windows at 34 and 35 Parade Gardens are also being replaced which will last for approximately six weeks.
Finally, we will be continuing remedial works in empty flats and throughout Lingfield Apartments.
There will be a certain amount of noise and disruption while this work takes place. We apologise for any inconvenience and we thank you for your continued patience.
