We are currently carrying out the following works:
Brickwork investigations: 66-90 Parade Gardens and Norfolk Apartments
Brickwork investigations are starting today at the above locations This will involve some drilling throughout the day and a cherry picker being used at window height. We have also sent text messages to those of you directly impacted by this.
The work will continue until Tuesday 13 June.
2-19, 20-24, 25-30 Parade Gardens: coping works continuing and brickworks investigations beginning
This work on terraces will be continuing into next week. Please ensure that you have moved all items away from walls.
Privacy screens will need to be removed for the duration of the works but will be replaced once these works are complete.
In addition, brickwork investigations will be happening at the front and rear of the above. There will be some drilling for brief periods but we will try keep the noise to a minimum.
101-110 Parade Gardens: coping works and lightning protection
We are sorry that the coping works at the above locations have been delayed. We now expect these works to be finished by the middle of next week. We have emailed you if you are directly affected by this.
All privacy screens will be reinstated and access to one or two homes may be required but we will contact you directly if needed.
Finally, lightning protection will be ongoing on the top roof of the above, to be accessed via the staircase from the roof at 101 (no access to homes is required).
