Below are details of all remedial works coming up or currently going on.

Chesham, Lingfield and Norfolk Apartments: riser works
We have written to those of you directly affected. From Tuesday this week for approximately three weeks, we are carrying out work in the risers to prepare your block for the installation of a new sprinkler system.
The work will involve some drilling but this will be minimal, and should not affect access.
2-30 Parade Gardens, 101-112 Parade Gardens and Better Gym: lightning protection works
We plan to start installing earth pits ahead of the lightning protection tape at the above addresses (we have written to you if you are directly affected). This involves removing two or three paving slabs in various locations, including some gardens and to the front and rear of the gym.
The work will begin Thursday 19 October and last approximately two weeks. Access will not be interrupted and the work itself is not noisy.
Phase two of these works (installing the tape) will begin on 15 November and last for about two weeks. We will share details of this closer to the time.
