We have recently submitted a planning application to Waltham Forest Council to install a system that will allow us to do any further maintenance needed for the neon sign on the Tote Building.
We are proposing to install an access door on the south side of the Tote Building and adding a walkway and handrail, to ensure the safety and security of contractors when carrying out repairs.
