As part of the remedial works on site, we will need to survey and check the existing drainage under the outdoor gym area. The works will start on Monday 23 January 2023 and last approximately two weeks. The area will be closed during this time.
We will use a 360 excavator / digger to remove some of the surface and substrate beneath the area in three different locations to get a closer look. There will be some noise and dust generated from equipment. However, additional cleaning will be carried out in this area on a regular basis which we hope will minimise any disruption to you.
During this time until approximately Monday 6 February, access to the outdoor gym area will be restricted. The area will be secured with heras fencing. There will be some plant movement, but pedestrian walkways will not be obstructed.
